Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours for cancellations, though 48 is preferred. Cancellations within 24 hours will require half payment. Cancellations within 12 hours will require full payment.

Reschedules: Please provide 24 hours hours notice for reschedules and plan to reschedule within one week or be made up in 15 minute increments added on to your next lessons.

No call/ no-show policy: full cost of lesson is expected for no show sessions

Emergencies: If cancellation or reschedule is the result of an emergency, policy will be forgiven  once (or if infrequent for long term students).
